Year End Letter Example

Hi! I’m back for a part two to my recent post on Year End Giving! (If you haven’t read the first post yet, check it out before reading ahead!)

So for this post, I want to supply you with an example of a Year End Letter. Year End Letters can vary based off of how long you have been raising your support. If you have been raising support for awhile, it may look like segmenting your Year End Letter in to multiple audiences. One letter may be more geared toward those who have recently given, and those who you have had a hard time reaching throughout the support raising process thus far. If you are brand new, it may not contain an ask so much as just a friendly year end update letting them know that you are in a support raising season.
